KICA Special Meeting and Vote September 23
This is just a reminder about KICA's Special Meeting scheduled for
Sunday, September 23, 1 pm at the East Beach Conference Center.
Property owners will be voting "To authorize the board, if KICA
purchases property off-island:
(1) to submit such property, or a portion thereof, to the KICA
covenants by supplementary declaration in such manner as authorized
by Article II, Section 2(b) of the KICA covenants; and
(2) to deem such property, or a portion thereof, as common property
under the KICA covenants.
This authorization applies only to a one-time purchase of land in
the vicinity of Kiawah Island that may be used for boat storage,
commercial pass operations and other services to be provided by the
association or for other member use."

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you may cast your
ballot by mail or assign your proxy to someone who will be attending
the meeting. All mail ballots and proxy designations must be
received no later than 5 pm on September 19.
