classifieds included the following:
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING -
Town of Kiawah Island

The Town of Kiawah Island will hold a Public Meeting on May
14,2007 at 3:00 PM at 21 Beachwalker Drive for the Purpose of
receiving public Input on a potential Development Agreement between
the Town of Kiawah Island and Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Such A
potential Development Agreement Could effect all properties owned By
Kiawah Island Golf Resort. This Meeting is not a Public Hearing as
Required by law but a Public Meeting. Should the Town enter into a
Development Agreement the required Public Hearings will be held.
