The following actions
took place at the November 18th Kiawah Island Town Council meeting:
-
Several Ordinances
regarding rental regulations were passed by the Town Council last
week. The Ordinances included regulations on parking, occupancy,
noise and lighting control and other regulations.
-
The only comments
presented in a special hearing on the ordinances were those sent in
response to the Community Association Survey sent out the previous
week.
-
The Ordinance
relating to enforcement of rental regulations was delayed until next
month. In addition, the request for an amendment to the Key Location
Ordinance was also postponed until December.
