At KPOG's March 1, 2008 Annual Meeting, members will be voting on
proposed changes to KPOG's By-Laws. The By-Laws were last updated in
March of 2005. The purpose of these changes is to:

Clarify conditions of membership and termination of membership

Add provision for electronic communication

Clarify duties of, terms of, and term limits for Officers and
Directors
-
Reestablish standing committees
-
Clarify elections
-
Address miscellaneous inconsistencies in language and format
The marked
copy of the By-Laws notes deletions (This is a deletion.)
and additions (This is an addition.).
The clean
copy incorporates all proposed changes to the 2005 version of
the By-Laws. |
